Missing Parts for Weeks

I ordered this model through Home Depot and it arrived missing three door bins. Frigidaire customer service first shipped me only 1 of the three missing parts which I received 10 days after the initial delivery. Then when I followed up AGAIN for the additional 2 bins, the new shipment was again sent in the cheapest slowest way possible. I™€™ve now had the fridge for 3 weeks and it is still missing parts. Absolutely terrible customer service and will never order another Frigidaire appliance.

For the price we paid I feel my time is more valuable than constantly digging for items in a standard side by side, even the French door models with drawers left freezer items cluttered and in disarray. However this model is so clean and versatile for different items, I™€™ve found myself using 3 doors for refrigeration and one for the freezer & then switching it back easily! It optimizes the storage space with clean organization which I truly love. My fingers no longer have freezer burn digging for packaged items for dinner. I love this purchase that accentuates our home.

This refrigerator is roomy and I am able to organize its contents easily. The clear shelves and bins make it easy to see what I have. My favorite part of the refrigerator is the bottom left section because I can set it to either be a cooler area or as an extra freezer section. This is a great option! I am using it as a cooler section for drinks and there is also a nice large bin that is perfect for cheese. The ice maker works well and is another high point. I would recommend this refrigerator.

Love some features, not so much others, but it's perfect for my limited cabinet space.Great versatility in having the option of a compartment that can be changed to either a freezer or refrigerator.Shelves can be removed, but there are only so many slots, so alignment can't really be changed.One oddity to get used to, the water outlet is in front of the ice outlet, so farther from the activation panel. That means if you have a small glass it needs to be aligned in the front, not pushed against the back, or your arm gets wet!I love the half-sized ice cubes.

This is replacing my older standard depth LG. Love the four doors, and the freezer shelves and racks are great It doesn™€™t hold as much as my old refrigerator, but I expected that and it™€™s good incentive for me to be more organized in my food storage. The ™€œsnack drawers™€ are fairly useless, at least for me, and it™€™s a bit hard to access items at the back of them. All in all, I am pleased with the purchase.

This refrigerator was the only one that has the size(s) we need for our space. Most of the refrigerators were very deep which made them stick out more. This particular model has minimal appeal without the protruding handle on front as well as not-so-deep depth that we were looking for. It's also more quiet than the older models.
